The location is favourable and excellent, just a short stroll away from Summarecon Mal Serpong Shopping Mall.

Our room was extremely spacious and provided with a hairdryer, the room's view and double bed. Location: the hotel was really close to business district of Gading Serpong, and Sumarecon Mall. We went out for dinner, found Rumah Makan Rico, it was relatively near the venue...

the hotel had indeed a convenient location near to airport. besides, we were just off sumereacon mall, business district of gading serpong and serpong city center.

My room was fine and neat. The bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable👍

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a good area, so close to the shopping centre and others entertainments and a big mall and a lot of other places to eat and cafes. The rooms were clean. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. It had favourable location with access to Pasar Modern Sinpasa nearby. Staying here for staycation was fairly nice, totally recommendable.

The location of the hotel is excellent! It's in a good area and very near to a mall with lots of restaurants. The room is fine, clean with good bedding. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with free minibar, tea/coffee, and juice. The hotel facilities were great, especially the awesome swimming pool that our kids loved. The breakfast was yummy and complete. The staff were all helpful, friendly and accommodating, whether it was the housekeeping who provided us with extra blankets and soap or the receptionist who gave us useful tips about the surrounding area. We also loved the location - it was close to a shopping mall and many cafes, as well as being near to the Science Park and Bethsaida hospital.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was easy to find and it's conveniently nearby the Sumarecon Mall, which was perfect for shopping and dining. The staff was efficient and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was very spacious and clean, and I especially loved the comfortable double bed. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a diverse and complete selection and offered a great view of the cityscape.

The noise level in the rooms was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we noticed some stains on the linens and found some debris on the carpet.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which was truly delicious. It was one of the best breakfast buffets I have experienced in a hotel.

The breakfast selection was impressive, with options ranging from Indonesian to Western and Japanese cuisine. The highlight of my stay was the huge swimming pool and small water park, which I wish I had more time to enjoy. I had a memorable experience and would recommend this hotel.
